Dextrose and Maltodextrine
Somebody told me there's a supplement of some sort that has this stuff both together, so you don't have to go out and get/mix both..
He gave me the name and a link, but I forgot it..
Anyone know what it is?

Here is a Canadian site for you. Usually it only takes about 2 days to get stuff instead of 2 weeks. Free shipping too.

Ok, thanks!
PS Do you HAVE to add equal portions of both to your pre/post WO shakes, or can you just add one or the other?
What's the reasoning to adding both?

If you buy them together , then you get them together in one scoop. Amounts of one or another ..... Not sure. it says 50g per scoop.

Wait, so I don't need to order the dextrose, then, as per this article?

So right now there are two plus's of taking in maltodextrin and dextrose (take them in a 50/50 split meaning if you need 50 grams of carbs then 25 maltodextrin and 25 dextrose).

That stuff has Maltodextrin and dextrose in it ( along with other stuff ). I think it should be good enough. It's all I take.
That 10lb jug has been in my house for over 6 months and it's not even half empty.
Half the time I don't use any of that. Fruit juice or fruit is what I like.

Shoot, already ordered some dextose along with it..
I'll see if they'll let me change the order..
What would be a good multivitamin to substitute for the dextrose??

That I know you, there isn't one. But, you may be able to get it in pill form.
