Diabeatic Problem ?
Hello guys,
here is a question, Is bodybuilding possible for a diabetic patient? Because most of the supplements that i know have sugar or gulocose in them. There are some products which are sugar free but very expensive. And normally everyone knows diabeteas weaken a person mentally & physically so is he ok to join a bodybuilding gym?
My last question is that many ppl said exercise specially bodybuilding increase sexual health as we all know diabeteas have very bad effects on sexual health as well so is bodybuilding going to help sexual health as well ?
