I came up with 4964 calories for this diet, That's without the whey cause the site didn't reconize it. Does that sound about right to you guys

Depends on your activity level. How many days a week do you weight train and how many days do you do cardio? Also, do you have a sedentary job or are you active throughout the day?

Workout 3 days a week, cardio 4. Office job so yeah sedentary
