There are alot of specialized diets out there to see. I recommend 5-6 small meals vice 3 large ones. It'll speed up your metabolism. Also look into getting some meal replacement shakes like lean body. It is nutrient rich and takes some of the guess work out of finding the right things to eat. Also look into fitday.com so you can see exactly what ratio of fat, carbs, and protein you are putting into your system. That would be a good start.
