Default Dont know whether to bulk or cut! please help

Hey guys i weigh 74 kgs, 22 years old, around 182 cm. Used to be in and out of gym but been going pretty hard the past few months (5 days a week). Im an ectomorph/mesomorph. I tend to store fat, in the lower back love handle area and in the lower belly (i already have a noticeable amount in these areas). Is this an ok cutting diet bearing in mind that i am some what of a hard gainer so i dont want to have too much muscle wastage

8am - yoghurt, bannana and cereal
10 am - egg white protein
mid-day - two cans of tuna (185 g spring water) or chicken breast
2 pm - egg white protein
4 pm (pre-workout - fruit)
Post workout - egg white protein
hour after that - two chicken breasts or tuna with a salad

4 amino acids as soon as i wake up, 4 at lunch, 4 pre and 4 post workout. 4 at bedtime.

Does this have enough carbs??? any tips?

or should i just try to bulk!?

find a calorie calculator online to find out your goals, build a diet around that, and monitor results. Everybody is different so it's hard to recommened a clear cut nutritional program. Trial and error has always worked for me.

General And Basic Rule: You won't gain it if you don't eat it. Yap these are enough Carbs. I was wondering you didn't mention Potato?

it just shows how different diet and nutrition can be for diff people. i am twice the OP's age yet if i did the same eating plan as him i'd waste away to nothing in the space of a week! tho on the plus side having such low carbs like that would pretty much mean i was too spaced out to even notice, lol.

anyway you're asking weather you should cut or bulk, well no one can answer that except YOU! what do YOU wanna do, get leaner or add some size? please dont say both!
