whats up everybody. the past 2 weeks i been cheating big time on my diet, due to a lot of traveling for work. and since i had to cheat, im like hey i might as well get it all out my system and i wnet bananas.
im getting back to work next week and im going to be incorporating some running. depending on how long franklin field (university of penn stadium) stays open to the public I will most likely be doing stairs. im going to have to drive there from the gym which would be about 25 minutes. so...................my question is this.
for post workout nutrition which would be a little protein drink. should i take that immediatly after lifting, since pwo nutrion is immediatly after a workout, or should i wait until after i do the running/ stairs?
