Default Eat Rite Everyday

So honestly how many of yall eat perfect everyday?? I prob only eat perfect 4-5 days a week, w/ no slip ups. And usually Sat or Sun i dont take in all my protein :( I have a weakness for energy drinks and beer. And i sleep in to often on Sat and miss a meal or 2......Am i the only one, is everyone else disciplined enough, or do u sound a little like this?

not a super legit question, just curious

I cheat once a week Sundays where I go out with my girl for dinner... other then that its all about repetition. I make the same meals for a week then switch it up the next so that I don't get tired of eating it.

I pretty much do the same thing with the cheat day. But even on that day I usually only do one or two meals where I might cheat. Other than that the other 6 days are pretty straight forward with the only variation being what type of protein source I eat. And that's almost always chicken or fish. I have about 10 different ways I cook chicken so getting sick of it rarely happens. As for fish, I usually eat salmon which I love so even after years of eating it I still don't get tired of it.

i think thats where i get into trouble, not planning meals far enough in advance, i run out of food alot of times and resort back to milk and peanut butter sandwiches.....

I am pretty much in the same boat, I eat pretty much the same stuff at the same time of day everyday durring the week. I find that my cheat days, which are saturday and sunday, end up netting less calories then regular days, even though I eat some shitty foods on those days.

Now that I'm at college it's way easier to stay perfect. My fridge is stuffed with grilled chicken from the cafeteria. I just have that and pasta/rice all the time with lots of water. I love it. I cheat occasionally - it is college - but mostly I've been staying way cleaner and I feel so much better for it. I hit a new PR today in my first WO since I got here, ha!

I didn't want to open a new thread, so hopefully some people will read this....im 180 lbs about 5' 10 and trying to bulk and get strong as possible....i have built a decent base, but i have never seriously logged or documented my food untill about a month ago i've been averaging around 3,000 Cals//300 gr Protein//100 carbs and 120 g Fat

my fat is mostly from peanuts, penut butter, eggs, and beef....
and 50 of my carbs are from the 4 peices of bread i eat everyday...

does that sound decent to you guys?
