I would say that unless you are trying to JUST cut, then eat the whole egg. Again, unless you are on a stricly CUTTING diet, then you want to eat the yolk also.

If I'm having eggs for my first meal I'll usually have 8 whites and 2 maybe 3 yokes. most of the protein is in the white. the yoke is where you will find cholesterol and fat however; there is a healthy fat and one not found anywhere else that the body needs. But I'll be damed if I can remember the name or se at the moment...guess I'll have to check my notes for that one.
go ahead and have a couple yokes... I have never had a cholesterol problem with this breakast menu and I ask for it to be checked every year... |
i always eat the yolks with the whites. its way healthier

Egg whites
I dunno you also get the cholestrol which can be fatal in terms of shredding down.
