Default Software?

I've been checking into multiple software programs available and I have yet to find one that performs the functions that I need. Maybe this is just me being picky but If I am trying to locate one that has the option to break down meals and dependant upon your nutritional requirements can also make food options to meet those goals. For example if I eat X amount of protein and carbs and fats in this piece of food it can provide with options to fill out what else I would need to hit or come close to my predefined meal ratio. anyone know of a good one?

I like using Excel and doing all that stuff manually. I don't trust many health softwares.

True but excel doesn't provide food options for the leftover nutrients you may need. If there is software out there that could do it it would be of great value. Say you just ate something that you can get its nutritional content. plug that in and find out what you need left to finish that meal off with the proper ration and have the program do a reverse lookup on possible food items and sizes. there has to be something out there like this.. I can't be just thinking this up and If I am.. $$$
