Breakfast = Oatmeal & raisins one egg, scoop of cottage cheese grapefuit juice
Day meals = 3 or 4 times a day veggies brocolli, spinache, colliflower, peppers all raw. some almonds and nuts 2 times a day small amount of chicken breast
Late afternoon = small chicken breast, 4 boiled eggs, spinache, steamed colliflower.
So what I am I doing wrong??
