egglands best are the kind I always buy. They have a good amount of omega 3's in them. Gotta love those fatty acids

Also, if you have oatmeal, which is really common among BBers, you'll be all right. It's not like you're a 100-Lb. guy anyway, Monsta!

AC, I've heard of the 'risks' of having milk and fish. I heard that you can get a rash, though. Not too sure about that either

I buy the cheap eggs. What I do is eat 4 egg whites and 2 whole eggs and take Omega 3-6-9 and flaxseed and eat oatmeal and brown rice everyday for the extra fiber.

I'd be willing to bet that if you've got normal good health and an otherwise good eating and training regimen, that eating regular old eggs won't kill you. Sounds like a huge difference in the amount of protein for the money. I'd buy the greater amount of eggs cheaper and be just fine with the decision.
