Who is burning the calories?

hahahahaha you looked it up!!

YOU brought up the protein content of it. I sure as heck hope you're not burning the cals yourself to override the...um... ingestion (OMG I just grossed out myself!).

But... if YOU aren't the one taking in the cals... depending on your voracity with things.. you'll more than likely still burn off some decent cals.


Now maybe I should back on the topic of eggs. I can give some gross outs with the anatomy of those too. Ya'll that love egg yolks might not want to eat them after I'm done (and damnit, you pervs, I'm talking about the basic makeup of chicken eggs!!)
