Ya got me... it's the bartender in me, I hear drink, I think alcohol

What the heck kind of iced tea do you drink that looks the same as a cola??

There isn't really anything super foul that goes into jelly beans. Well, maybe it's the wax that gets me. The chewy centers are basically high fructose corn syrups, and the shells are made of countless times through a tumbler with sugars, dyes and wax. And then there's the polishing tumbler to give them their shine.

Seeing the whole process just kinda made me go 'eeeeewwww'

As far as my meats, they don't show that stuff very often on that show, and I don't watch those ones if I can help it. I don't want to know As long as my meat doesn't look like it came from Chernobyl, I'm good

I'd rather not do the research on that again. I've tried to block the ingredients from my memory

I actually did see this thing on the Butterball factory. It was super clean like some kind of bio-testing facility...I mean surgical precision. I doubt that is the norm though.

Jelly belly's have REAL FRUIT FLAVOR!

I drink very STRONG iced tea and diet coke would be watered down with ice and I wouldn't really be paying attention and....oh well it just happens somehow

It's really not usually like this, Eastwater, lol.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

I actually did watch the episodes of How It's Made when they were doign flash frozen bbq and breaded chicken wings, and the one where they were doing smoked hams (the lower grade kind). The chicken one I was ok watching since I never eat that kind of chicken. It was crazy to see how fast those things run down the de-assembly line. The ham one kinda grossed me out since the workers they showed weren't all that precise on getting the skins off.

But then again, I've been known to eat Cracklin every once in a while so I guess I can't complain too much about the ham skins

hahaha

What fruit goes into the popcorn flavor?

I actually do like the SF jelly belly's. Haven't had them in a long time, but that might be my one exception to my no jelly bean rule.

Smile eggs

Hi there thanks for replies . its making look a bit eaiser now re the intake .the protein shake that I have at the momenet has only got 16 grams each serving in . It was my first ever tin as new to it . so when I get my next tin I will make sure its has more protein in so will look for a 30g hit each serving .

The bars are bars are excellent . I have just got some PowerBar Protein Plus in chocolate flavor . O wicked as I love chocolate so very pleased with these . I am going to have to look for a supplier of theses items as they work out quite expensive over here in the UK . each bar costing £1.50 a hit from Holland and Barrett .

Any one over here in the UK that uses a good supplier for these bars and shakes at a reasonable cost please let me know ? .

Many thanks
Eastwater

eastwater. see of if there are supplement stores in yrou area and see if you can buy these kind of things in bulk. if you are able to do that you will wind up saving in the end. over here in the us they have supplement stores in malls or in general areas where they have a bunch of stores. if not try doing a little research online and see if you can find something in your area.

i usually put 2 scoops of powder in my shakes. if you dont mind a few clumps of unmixed powder its a great way to double the protien in each shake. also mixing it with milk instead of water adds another 18 grams atleast (asuming only 2 cups of milk, with 2 scoops id put a little more then that in).

just trying out the new squat smiley

Hi does anyone know if scrambling your eggs in the microwave lessens the protien content ?
