Ha, you mean the stuff that is plastered on every corner of their website in massive ass banners?? But I mean just in general...like you go to a vitamin store or something and protein powder is $85 for 2.5 lbs...then you look at a similar product, that may even seem to be better quality and its $25 for 2 lbs...wtf is the deal there?

wow you guys in the U.S. can buy your whey at supermarkets, thats awsome !! here iit´s pretty difficult to get it, if you dont buy it from the internet (fortunateley, a friend of mine always gets me some)......
well, but mixing oatmeal and protein powder is pretty good when you´re in hurry, if you mix it with milk you don´t ned to add additional oil or peanut butter(i personally reallly could not imagine drinking the whole stuff with oil, must be tasting awfull, doesn´t it )
add some frui tand you got a solid breakfast. it tastes way better, if you mix it with milk rather than with water

I often add oatmeal to my breakfast shake usually I add a scoop of whey with some milk add some oats and a banana and a small spoon of honey just to sweeten it. taste great a seems to work well for me.
I wouldn't personally add oil or peanut butter.

I eat protein powder in my oatmeal every morning. I have a bit of olive oil with it as well. Works for me.

Some of the supermarkets around me do have whey but I'd be throwing away money to buy it..the markup is crazy. Most people who use a lot of whey in the US still buy it from the internet unless they just don't know the value of a dollar, lol.
The body fortress brand they have a walmart is a less expensive exception. Pretty good quality. But it's STILL not priced as well as something from Protein Factory or TrueProtein.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

$20 a pound? Fuck that....That's insane given that the most purest form of whey (peptopro) is for $18 a pound.

i usually buy gold standard whey by optimum nutrition, i spend 42 euros for 5lbs, which is very cheap here, espacially if you keep in mind that it´s a high-quality whey
