Do you guys think mixing oatmeal and protein powder (whey and casein) and drinking that is a decent breakfast for someone in a hurry?

eggs. olive oil...i use a tablespoon and a half in my breakfast shake. also...it's kind of a pain...but i like having a separate breakfast protein...and workout protein optimum nutrition makes this nitro core stuff that has a lot of great stuff in it...and tastes awesome.

I agree 100% on the different protein thing, I really like the walmart brand of whey, the body fortress stuff, it actually seems better than a lot of other expensive stuff out there, but I like more of a whey/casein combo for things like when I'm hungry but nothing looks good

nitro core has: 10 different proteins, fiber, and omega 3's. and cinnamon roll flavor.

hahahahahaha I love how you put cinnamon roll like it was one of its best top features, which actually it sounds amazingly delicious, and with all that shit I bet its a wee expensive but sounds like amazing shit. I will have to look some up

Well thats pretty good actually, is nitro core 24 the same thing?

I wonder if they can sell some of this stuff so cheap because everything else is just marked up that high or because a few of these places just throw in a bunch of cheap shit.

BN can sell it cheap because they have a huge warehouse....well, multiple huge warehouses. the only thing they have made is the 1fast400 stuff...everything else is name brand.
