I had heard that liver was a type of 'bber super food', and I already knew it was high in iron. I had eaten chicken liver before, but disliked its strong aftertaste. I have learned to eat for my health, not taste. In time, I grow to LOVE things I once disliked. I cooked some beef liver (pan-fried in EVO, w/ garlic powder, pepper, a splash of cooking wine, chopped onions and bell pepper) I had bought today, and I loved the stuff!! Is this really a super-food, and does anyone else eat it?
