I really woudn't waste your time or money looking for any 'shortcuts' - they don't exist. Use more calories than you consume, it's really as smple as that.

The only people who tell you different or those trying to sell you something.

Lemon Juice is a very effective fat burner. Drink a glass of lemon water daily and you will see the effect yourself.

Yes there are various natural drinks that help to burn the fat in a natural way. Drinking more water is the best solution for the fat burning. Other drinks that are helpful in fat burning are green tea, coffee, grapefruit & orange juices, lemon water, fish oil, olive oil, and protein shake.

Well, I drink more and more water.. Water is the medium in which most cellular activities take place, including the transport and burning of fat.

In addition, drinking plenty of calorie-free water makes you me full and eat less. I drink at least 1 ounce of water per 2 pounds of bodyweight a day (that's 100 ounces for a 200-pound person).

I keep a 20-ounce water bottle at my desk, fill it five times a day, and I'm set. Its part of my Balanced diet! :)

Drinking water is one of the best to burn fats, but try green tea, pineapple and vegetable shake.

Have you ever tried Black Pepper tea? This is a real fat burner drink I believe.
Also, you can try these:

Green Tea.
Jillian Michael's 7-Day Detox Drink.
Ice Water.
Vegetable Juice.
Skim Milk.
Arabian Tea with Ginger, Green Tea, Cumin, and Mint.
Pineapple and Kiwi Smoothie.
Lemon Water.
Apple Cider.
