Default Fruits and protein...

So I was having lunch which was ground turkey, Swiss chard, and half half of an avocado... About 30 minutes later I had an apple with some peanut butter...

I was told I should eat the apple first so that it can leave the body sooner then have the chicken after... I was also told that if I continued eating my meal then the apple it'll take longer for the apple to leave the body? And it'll start fermenting???!?!?! Wtf!!! Please help

This is the first I've heard about this....

I have an apple every day, sometimes in the morning, afternoon, supper - just depends on the day. I wouldn't worry too much about when you eat the apple or with what. I don't think you have much to worry about.

However, like I said, I've never heard anything like this before, and I'm definitely going to look into this further, just for my own curiosity.
