Are you asking How do I find the calories in food if it's not on the label?
I bought a book at Barnes and Nobles which is real helpful. There is also a good website. http://www.calorie-count.com

Almost any food's calorie content can be found on Fitday. For something like a gyro which is a combination of stuff you may have to add multiple foods (the meat, the pita, sauce, etc) to find the totals.

Luckily for you they do have a general gyro calorie content table on Fitday but you never know how much meat/condiments each place put on their stuff so just use it as a reference point.

Gyro sandwich (pita bread, beef, lamb, onion, condiments), with tomato and spread

I don't know how anyone can't like gyros, their fatty good. The best damn gyro I ever had was in Chicago's Greek Town after a concert, I swear to god I didn't want to leave but it was obvious I didn't fit in. Every guy in there had dark black hair and silky black shirts. Obviously I'm not greek

Apoc, most gyro meat is a mix of meat lamb and beef, so its possible that there is that much protein in it. Otherwise just tell the server that you want 44 grams of protein or your going to send it back.

Oh, well, I will be gald if it did have 44 grams of protein. I usually ask for double meat but all they give me is 2 extra slices, so my shit has to have 66 grams of protein in it, I really doubt it, I have to eat a big can of chicken to get that much protein. Anyway, the Dave's see food diet is working for me I have gained 2 pounds in 3 days, and my strength is through the roof. I am also on Crakerdrol, damn, its the best shit i have ever taken, I was able to do double my body weight on bend over rows for 10 reps
