Default Getting enough protein?

I have a pretty strict diet Sunday-Thursday and usually slip pretty bad on Friday and Saturday. I was just wondering if I am getting enough protein on my Sunday-Thursday diet plan. Here is a sample of what I usually eat.

0630: 3 hardboiled eggs (minus the yolks), two bowls raisin bran, 1% milk
0930: whey protein shake
1100: two chicken breasts, cottage cheese, raw broccoli
1500: whey protein shake
1800: whey protein post workout
1900: two fish fillets with couscous

I usually dont eat anything after 1900. I was eating some cottage cheese right before I went to bed to get in some late night slow absorbing protein in my system for while I slept, but I ran out and havent gotten around to buying anymore.

So for a 220lb guy do you think I am getting enough protein? Is my diet out of whack?
