Question What should I be eating?

Hey everybody!
I'm sort of new at all of this.
I want to gain lean muscle mass without getting fat.
I am just a little guy.
19 yrs old. 5'8"-5'9". 140lbs-ish.
I want to know how many calories I should be eating to gain lean muscle and what type of workouts I should be doing.
Also, what types of foods should I eat?
Any advice would be extremelly helpful.
Thanks a bunch.

Read the stickies in the nutrition forum. That will answer the questions that you just asked and most of the questions that you didn't think to ask. Pay special attention to the "How to Bulk" sticky.

Standard Operating Procedure:

1) Log onto fitday.com and enter exactly what you eat each day for a week without deviation.

2) Come back with the results.

* It's much easier for us to help you if you help us. Right now I know your screenname and your question. For a diet to work, we'd have to know a lot more than your height and weight! By calculating what you eat for a week (via fitday), it'll be a much more streamlined process of adding foods to what you're already CURRENTLY eating, and will also help us elliminate some things.
