You have to make sure to pay attention to your diet as well. Hitting the gym consistently is only part of the battle. If you want results, you have to diet properly. Simple as that.

Okay boss, I am agreed with you. But would you please suggest me some diet that I should prefer to get the awesome looking muscles. Is the duration of Gym all right. You have experience in this field, so please ??

Being in the gym that long starting off seems a little too long! Keep your workouts short and simple - aim for 1 hour.

Protein shakes will help you meet your daily protein (macro nutrient) needs. But don't neglect your overall diet. Having a proper diet will ensure you have maximal gains. There's plenty of diets out there, look on sites like this one as well as bb.com, simplyshredded.com, etc.

you can also pick up a workout program on on of those sites as well! Plenty of options out there!
