You have to make sure to pay attention to your diet as well. Hitting the gym consistently is only part of the battle. If you want results, you have to diet properly. Simple as that.

Being in the gym that long starting off seems a little too long! Keep your workouts short and simple - aim for 1 hour.

Protein shakes will help you meet your daily protein (macro nutrient) needs. But don't neglect your overall diet. Having a proper diet will ensure you have maximal gains. There's plenty of diets out there, look on sites like this one as well as bb.com, simplyshredded.com, etc.

you can also pick up a workout program on on of those sites as well! Plenty of options out there!

2hr at the gym... Where are you doing in there? Diet is your 1st best friend and lifting is 2nd... Eat till your satisfied not till you're full. And have your meals every 2-3hr...

Fitness isn't good for you it's excellent!!! Plus for me it makes me wanna eat better and make better choices while I'm at the grocery store. Good luck!

Take some natural proteins and healthy diet along with regular exercise for the better results.
Don't use any supplements and steroids etc. these may be harmful for your health.
Always take organic and natural diet and do proper workout for your muscles gaining.
