Default This a good idea to cut some weight around my waist? Would like everyone's thoughts.

So I am looking to rid of some of this excess weight (not sure if it's all fat) around my waist. A little to much. Here is my macros:

http://postimage.org/image/wj33vc7wh/

My fat is 114.6 g a day so not sure if this is to high or not. My carbs are 397.5. I am looking to continue bulking up with muscle so I need to keep my calorie intake high. I am a ectomorph, 6'1", 175 lbs. 24 years old. I am a hardgainer. Your thoughts on whether these are to high or just right already.

Not sure if I need to bring down my fat or carbs or both?

If it was fat, I was thinking of maybe adding glyco-maize? I know it's not good to get rid of real food and use supplements. But maybe it would be a good idea. The calories per serving are 140 g, carbs of 35 g, fat of 0 g. So I could replace something with about the same amount of calories and carbs, but lose the fat content. Not sure from my macros what I might change it for. Or any other food that you think I could use besides glyco-maize.

If it was carbs, maybe something like flax oil? Not sure what I would replace it with on my macros list. Then I would keep the fat but lose the carbs. Not sure, but pretty sure flax doesn't have carbs? Or another food besides flax oil that you can think of.

I know you will see how high the fat content is on the veggie meat, but I would like to keep that because of the high protein. Just change something else. Again, I like keeping my calories at 3900 grams.

Thanks a lot guys for your insight. I really appreciate it.

dont worry about that! just keep bulking until you have a lot of muscle then cut. Its will take too long getting size if you try cut and bulk at the same time.

^ agreed. Unfortunately, unless you do a complete clean bulk, you can expect to gain some excess weight. For me, unfortunately it all goes to my lower back and waist. It happens, but that's what it takes to gain mass. it's hard to truly gain the mass you want without having some excess fat deposits somewhere on your body.

Don't worry about it now, keep on bulking and once you get to the desired weight you want, then worry about cutting and adjusting your macros/diet.

Just try to keep everything as natural and whole as possible in terms of nutrition. You can still hit your macros for bulking with clean food as well, without relying on hamburgers/pizza/ and fries for your food ;)
