I know I've talked about this one. I find it good for basic info. and cooking ideas

www.nutritiondata.com
this one I totally forgot about and found again.. this site has in-depth information about food that isn't in the other site

Cool sites.

Interesting. I did the BMI thing at nutritiondata just for kicks. It told me I needed 17,000 mgs of linoleic acid (an omega 6). Now, that's found in many different foods but just to put it in perspective, since flax oil is super high in it: I need 8.5 tablespoons a day to get this amount. Wow!

does www.fitday.com have nutritional info? I never went to that site, but a lot of people on the other board I post on seem to like it a lot...
