Default Hard Gainer and odd schedule need help

Hello I have been trying to find a good diet for months online now and everybody has a system of working out in the morning I am not able to do that. I wake up at 1230pm and eat breakfast, go to work at 130pm-10pm. I usually eat a meal or 2 at work occasionally a protein shake. I workout after work at around 1030 til 11-1130 and then eat my big meal of the day and my pwo shake. I am aware that I should be consuming about 4000 calories a day to gain a pound a week, I can average around like 3500-4000 calories a day. I am just not sure if I am eating the right foods at the right time or if i need to try and change my routine. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

You have a pretty much perfect setup for going to the gym in the morning? Just get up a couple hours before you have to go to work (crazy I know!).

Anyways, you're asking for specifics on your diet but you haven't told us what your diet is.

It doesn't really matter what time you go to the gym and your diet shouldn't change too drastically either. It helps to add a bit of carbs/protein in before gym for energy and a bit after to refeed your body quickly with the cals it needs.

gaining one poun per week is too much. one pound every month is good. but one pund per week will just make you fat.

You don't have to worry too much about getting fat if you are a hardgainer. That said, 4000 calories a day may be more then what you really need to gain some quality lean size.
