Arrow Healthy Choice??

Anybody here eat the healthy choice or lean cuisine frozen crap here? I do once in a while when i really dont have much time to cook up some chicken and veggies. Are those a good idea? Ive read the ingredients and some of the stuff on there i cant even pronounce.

Your best bet is to still make your own meals so you know exactly what is in it. Most of those lean cuisines and so forth do not have enough of the macronutrients that body builders need to maintain or help muscle growth. I don't have any to look at right now but even the ones that feature chicken and other meats only have around 15 grams of protein or so if I remember correctly. They are also LOADED with sodium usually because everything has some sort of sodium rich sauce on it.

Its not going to kill you to have these once in a while, but I wouldn't make them a staple of your meal plans.
