Healthy Superfood Formulas
If anyone's interested in organic superfoods- there's a cool new Culver City based company called Organic Meets Good that sells superfood powder formulas that can easily be added to a meal or drink as a boost. They're the perfect complement for a workout...right now they have a maqui antioxidant formula and pomegranante vitamin formula, but they're going to be launching a quinoa protein one soon which I am very excited for.
