Get a george foreman grill. I thaw mine in the microwave for a minute a side or so then throw it on the grill and it takes around 7 minutes. That's like under 15min from frozen to ready ... do you not have 15 min? My grill can also fit easily 4 large chicken breasts at once ... maybe more?

Also, I buy chicken breasts in 4kg boxes. They are about $35 but much cheaper than buying them 2, 4, or 6 at a time.

That or you can use your over to cook a bunch of them at a time. Takes a bit longer but you could do a whole week's worth at once.

Precook your chicken and portion it out in ziplock baggies & freeze. Take out of freezer & put in fridge as you need.

Want deli meat? Buy a meat slicer (about $100 at bed bath & beyond), so you can shave it paper thin and you have fresh deli slices without all the sodium and chemicals.

As the others have said, preparing food and heating it up later is a good option. Protein powders can also be an inexpensive way to get some extra in your diet. Tuna is another good, cheap source of protein.

Many grocery stores sell pre-cooked rotisserie chickens for like 5 or 6 bucks. Pick one up and just carve it at home, removing all the skin and fat that you aren't comfortable eating. It is not ideal, but it's better.
