Default Cutting; best times to get carbs and fat? Protein shakes with milk?

Im cutting atm with 1860 cal, 155g protein, 130g carbs and 80g fat, this is ok right? Also, what are the best times to be consuming carbs and fat? I am also taking 1 scoop protein shake with 250ml skim milk before and after a workout, is this fine? Should I instead be drinking the protein shake with water?

Can't base anything off your numbers without your current stats and training routine.

If your cutting you probably want to consume your carbs earlier in the day and around your training. Later in the day switch to consuming fat since you don't need the energy reserves due to decreased activity levels.

I agree with sleazy--time your carbs for what you are about to do.

Exception would be post workout carbs--some simple carbs to create an insulin spike and refill muscles of their glycogen stores.

cut the milk out of your shake at night - make sure its calcium casinate as well... looks tastes yuk but its better for you mate. we really do need your stats... otherwise - im assuming from your protein intake your about 77lbs in weight you should be aiming for 2g per lb of bodyweight

consume most of your carbs in the morning and then some after your workout... other than that - cyle your carbs days - 3 days low carb and then 1 day high carb - you dont want to go into ketosis.
