Default help w/ diet please

I need to get lean and cut because I don't feel comfortable with my shirt off! I'm about 180 lbs 5'11, I workout almost everyday and usually follow a healthy plan but sidetracked sometimes. I need an effective cardio plan with some meal combos that I can buy on my own rather then having my mom's fat filled tacos. I usually eat tuna and such. I take 2 multivitamins a day, whey protein as supplements. I have shitty breakfast choices sometimes and i know cereal doesn't cut it. When im at school i dont know what to eat through out classes or sometimes even at lunch. I get really confused then i eat something bad and i get upset. I have to please my girlfriend by summer cause ijust have to haha so help me!! I've lost 44 lbs since freshman year ( im a senior now ) so i'm looking to finish up what i started so i can have abs and walk around to all the pool parties looking goooood

max bench 260 lbs
max squat 345 lbs
get some!

Read the sticky that doctor X posted and then put together a basic diet and we will help your critique it
