High calorie bars?

Default High calorie bars?

I am looking to bulk up,and decided that while in school i should eat something else since lunch is over at 11:20.Should i get a high protein bar or a high calorie bar.I heard Met -Rx is good. Can u guys give me ur favorite bars.

Bars are good on the fly but I would not incorporate them into your daily meal. You should bring a lunch and eat that instead. A lunch box or cooler with some pre prepared foods would be the best. Invest in tupperware.

Well I do eat lunch,and what i meant was that I eat lunch at 11:20 AM and I dont get out of school until 3:40.Can u tell me about bars that I could eat between bells.

i like clif bars for in between meals...some crap in em, but i'm a bulking ect.

I understood what you meant. that's why I said get to tupperware and throw in some chicken and rice.
