Default How do these vegetarian foods look for bulking up?

As some of you might know, I am bulking up but am only eating fish. I hope to one day become a full vegetarian. How do these products look for bulking up? I have always eaten them in my household and was just wondering.

http://www.worthingtonfoods.com/cgi-...emplate=canned

(You can click on the food name and I believe it pulls up nutritional facts. Also on the left you can see frozen ones, these are canned.)

I just want to know if I can substitute some of these for fish some days in my meals.

Thanks a lot, please don't flame me.

If you can take in a few hundred grams of protein per day and not have +75% of it come from soy, then go for it. 75% is arbitrary....I think it's not a great idea for a strength athlete to get the majority of his or her protein from soy. Do you consume dairy protein sources?
