how to hit 2120 calories?!?
so I ran my weight/height/age into a calorie requirement calculator and it says I should be consuming 2120-2144 calories (I adjusted weight input for fluctuations) daily for extreme fat loss. I have been consuming under that for a while lately. I'm thinking if I want to lose I should be touching that limit? how would I get that target with healthy food? I need examples as to what I should be eating at this point...

Stick to complex carbohydrates, complete proteins, and healthy fats.

oatmeal, fish, chicken, pasta, rice, nuts, etc.

The simple way to pack on calories more than you consume from food on daily basis is to use weight gainer supplement like mhp up your mass product.
