Apparently combining protein with starch is the worst thing you can do to the digestive system as it slows the process down. Yet starch is rich in virtually every complex carb with the exception of leafy vegetables.
Now, I get indigestion and have eliminated gluten but now after discovering this fact about starch and protein, Im totally lost. What the hell can I do? This is freaking insane!
So this means I have to eat vegetables and fruit with 40g of protein? You have got to be kidding me!
