Default Jonsons diet

Hello everyone Im pretty new here, I have come over here from another board.
Im currently on the Mark Rippetoe SS routine for my third round, im currently working my way back up to my best lifts, and sorting out a couple of minor form issues.
When im back up to my best lifts i'll start a training journal.
Im just having another look at my diet, and if possible I would be happy to recieve any comments, scrutiny, constructive criticsm from people here.

Here's a typical day from my diet.

Cottage cheese
Chicken breast
wholemeal pitta breads
Apples
Brazil nuts
Musli
Shakes (skimmed milk, oats, olive oil, whey protein)
Salmon
Wholemeal pasta
Vegetables
Salad

Approx
cals 3900
pro 271g
carbs 386g
fat 121g
(of which saturates) 20g

Im 28 years old, 5'10 tall and weigh about 185 pounds im my goals are to add size and strength.
Any advice, comments, scrutiny etc will be very much appreciated.

Cheers Jonson

Gday Jonson must have missed you post mate sorry!!

Looks ok to me as long as your not gaining to much fat. I would probably just up your protein when the mass gains slow down. Also what are you eating post workout?

Looking forward to a journal mate.

Hi Hopper sorry about the late reply been away the last few days.
Post workout im having one of my shakes with some dextrose added also usually have a small tin of pineapple or a piece of fruit as well.
Through the summer ive been on around 3000-3500 cals a day and have stayed around the 185 mark, little bit of a belly but not to much fat (I have no idea what my body fat percentage is)
Now I have just finished my last holiday of the year its back onto proper eating, proper training and hopefully proper size and strength gains!

Cheers Jonson
