Default Ketosis Diet anyone?

Hey everyone,

Just looking to get some insight from anyone who has used ketosis (zero carb diet) to cut for a competition or personal goals before!

any tips, opinions, or advice would be great!

Thanks.

I've heard great things but I am not a fan of extreme-low or no carb diets so I don't have an experience to share with ya.

I'm NOT a big fan of referring people to other websites. In fact I don't like doing it at all. It has it's benefits but not in that I would send everyone to another site just for the sake of throwing my two cents in. However, since you are looking into this diet I suggest you read this article first. There are some issues you need to think about first. Pay particular attention to the pitfalls section. This diet is workable but it is extremely high in fat. Weigh the pros and cons and decide for yourself. I've done zero and low carb diets myself. They have their benifits but I don't personally recommend them for long periods of time. You're better off following a long term well balanced diet.
