Late start!!!
My phone makes it very easy to set the wrong time to go off. And instead of waking up at 9:30 (Sat-sun only) I woke up at 12 and as dissapointing as that is I don't feel its an excuse to not diet so I need help with what I should eat and when I should eat it since this will not be one of my normal 16hr days.
