I bought direct from backfitpro.com for $44.95 + $20 s/h. I emailed asking why the high s/h cost and got a response regarding that it is shipped from Canada and they also need to offset PayPal fee.

I'll save up $77 for Leigh's stuff...unless I lose the 10lb of fat I want to lose by next month .

OK. F*** the budget. I actually have about $100 left of "my own" money in PayPal and I'm going to get Leigh's package (that sounds dirty ). I will probably have a lot of it read before I get the other book I ordered via snail mail.

That's why I added the link to my resources, DOO, so you would see I was kidding around.

Wow, backfitpro is gouging people on shipping? That sucks. It kinda sucks some times because most ALL of the books you need can be got through Amazon or wherever but every once in a while you get a book like Ultimate Back. The last book, Low Back Disorders can be had through Human Kinetics Publishers..

But Ultimate Back, IS a book I believe everyone should have.

Leigh's package does sound a bit dirty. I don't know what else to call it though since it's more than one thing, lol.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

Finished FLTS, OPT and the OPT-Remix eBooks. I liked OPT-Remix's nutrition and exercise plan but would prefer to repeat Cressey's Maximum Strength program. I am just finishing a Starr 5x5 program after my first round with Maximum Strength.

I read that she doesn't have a problem with people using exercise programs from other sources and she even lists some resources. So, I posted a question to Leigh on what she should recommend for using her OPT-Remix nutrition plan with Cressey's program.

Leigh responded and said that her nutrition plan was designed for her exercise plan and that Maximum Strength was too intense. So, I'll use calorie-restriction/carb-cycling/nutrition reload concepts from FLTS and see how it goes. If I have a problem with losing fat while minimizing muscle loss, I'll use more of her concepts to get back on track even if that means postponing Maximum Strength.
