Default looking for a diet plan

Happy holidays

Anyways I am 27 and have a very busy schedule, full time work from 3am to 11:30am then school 4 times a week 7-9pm plus I will start coaching baseball soon. I try to get a quick work out in 4 to 5 days a week just working shoulders, arms and chest with a quick mile. I am just trying to stay healthy and balanced with the physical activity.

I am looking for some advice on good foods to eat that are easy and quick which will give me the energy I need to get through my busy schedule and the brain food to keep my concentration in class. Breakfast, snacks and dinner is what I am looking for to keep the weight down and help feed the muscles I am using(brain and body).

I know it is a lot to ask, any advice will be appreciated thanks

Or back?

What foods have you been eating? Do you mean stuff that you can cook or not?

I am pretty novice in the lifting department. I never have done legs, I mostly just do the parts I said just to get the blood going and add some tone. I do lat pull downs, bent over rows and deadlift mixed in to my shoulder workouts for the back.

Some foods I cook when I am home and foods I can grab and go. I boil chicken or throw it on the grill from time to time for dinner with some green beans or peas in a can. For lunch I will eat a turkey sandwich(slices out the pack) or ham with mustard. Breakfast been getting more hard since I start early, I will just eat a bowl of oatmeal(from the cylinder) or a couple pieces of fruit. I am never that hungry at 7am(my lunch time).

I know I have to eat more, I find myself either not eating at all or splurging on junk when I can't get to anything.

I am not trying to body build just stay healthy and energized.
