Personally, I dont see how anyone could run an atkins type diet for more then six months. If I go for more then a week without some sort of low gi carb I think i would go insane.

I would think that using a TDK or CKD wouldnt fall within the realm of this study. yes they are low carb, but your body doesnt go without significant carbs for more then six days in a row.

I'm gonna find some researchers to author a study saying that corned beef is a great way to lose wieght .... you can all thank me when that one comes out
