Default Mad Multis

Allright so the military chow hall isn't exactly a haven for nutritious food. Fresh fruits and veggies are hard to come by and usually we have steamed or cooked ones if we have any at all. I'm taking animal stak as a multi and I'm wondering if it would help me any to take a normal men's multi as well? I know fresh food would be better but it isn't always possible so I figure at least with 2 multi's all have as many vitamins and minerals covered as I can. What do you guys think?

The statistics on sanity are that one out of every four persons is suffering from some sort of mental illness. Think of your three best friends -- if they're okay, then it's you.
