Look at this and see what you think. Believe me you won't be able to beat those deals.

BTW, keep in mind that these are usually made from dried juices, so they're not going to replace the fiber your diet may be missing. Some of the mixed products have some good fiber sources added in to help. The barley grass they have is a whole leaf product so that has a bunch of fiber.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

AF doesn't give you steak and shrimp in basic training. The only thing I ever got "offered" was a choice between two fruits, cuz they wanted you to be able to take a dump. A lot of AF chow halls are way nice, you're right about that, but I don't know what your definition of gourmet is. Maybe you've been talking to officers .

But they are not all the same. When you are way out in the middle of nowhere they're is no telling what you may get. I ate more MRE's, powdered eggs and spam then I could ever count. But it didn't sound like a complaint to me more like a statement of fact, i.e. he doesn't feel he's getting enough veges.

The statistics on sanity are that one out of every four persons is suffering from some sort of mental illness. Think of your three best friends -- if they're okay, then it's you.
