Question Mercury levels......

OK, I'm a dude... so I'm not getting pregnant.

That being said... I absolutely love seafood. Especially salmon, tilapia and shrimp. But I've also been known to throw down on some crab legs too. Tuna's great too... but only fresh...not the canned stuff.

Actually, I never get tired of seafood. My problem is that to keep my calories and protein up, I eat a shit load of it. I'm talking 7 to 10 pounds every week sometimes.

Asian cultures eat at least this much... and they're not dropping dead.

How concerned should I be about mercury levels. I know the levels are lowest in non predatory fish and in younger fish... but I still eat a shit load.

What's your take?
