Default Microwave vs. Bake/Broil - Does it matter?

Does it make any difference whether I cook chicken breasts and fish filets in a microwave or if I bake/broil them in an oven? Does the microwave do anything bad to the protein. Does it matter?

Unless I'm forgetting something it should be fine. But you're going to get tired of them and their taste pretty quickly IMO, I would bake them.
