Thank you IK. I wasn't sure because of the amount of simple sugars in fruit. I know its good to eat piece post workout for the insulin spike, but the complex carbs fuel for longer. Should I stick to 2-3 pieces a day? 1 with breakfast, 1 for lunch, and 1 after training?

It was easy when I was a hardgainer and needed to put on mass, but now that I need to lose it thats a totally different.

2008- 230lbs

Fructose (the main sugar in fruits) doesn't impact blood sugar levels like other simple carbs do. So, pwo, when you're wanting an insulin spike, fruit isn't the best choice. A few grams worth of fruit is fine to have, but you want to primarily have something else like cereals, breads, rice... things that WILL give you an insulin spike.
