Default The Milk has to go!!!!

When drinking lots of Milk regulary ok the weights go up regulary but it just turns me into a bloated fat bastard.
I know milks notorious for bloating which is not good, any other alternatives to milk?
What are other people's experiences with milk?

i became lactose intolerant a few months ago or so...used to drink around...80 ounces a day or so...now it's down to 20oz a day...and i take lactase before drinking or....or just drink lactose free milk...and i've definitely noticed less bloating. it was nice getting all those calories and protein from the milk....now i just eat more food

i haven't ever really had any bloating problems with milk, i have been drinking a 1/2 gallon of skim milk a day for the past 2 or 3 months, there is no way way that i could get all of my protein and calories in without it
