Default Tribulus

hi i am currently 23 years old asian and been gymming on and off due to time constraints.

my weakness is in my chest. is there any tips to kick start the growth of my chest? cos my arms is seriously oversized compared to my puny chest. please help?

secondly, i recently got hold of a product named tribulus and it claimed that it can increase muscle growth, or rather a natural steriods, can anyone share some light in this tribulus thingy? i've yet to try and i dun know about its side effects, cant really take all these kind of stuff as i'm currently in the military and i'm afraid i might get caught for it.

Tribulus is an herb that you can expect to get no results from.

Try barbell and dumbbell bench pressing.

Tribulus is a test booster, unnecessary. Exercising and diet alone increases testosterone - squats and deadlifts in particular.

Increase your calories, change reps, sets, etc. For example, if you plateau at 225 pounds for 5 reps, switch to 225 pounds for 3 reps and increase the intensity gradually. You'll break your plateau.

You won't get "caught" for trib, but you'll probably waste money--I'm not convinced it does anything. Wait until your late 20's (or later) before worrying about t levels.

Try flyes and dumbbell presses. Not everyone gets much chest involvement from standard bench press.

At your age I wouldn't worry about anything to boost hormone levels.

Anything which actually works is going to put you at risk for testing positive.

Testosterone is naturally released during exercise- squats and deadlifts and being the most popular way to increase testosterone.

You don't need a booster, especially at your age, trust me when I tell you your young body is producing all that's needed when it comes to hormones and muscle building.

Rely on foods: protein, fruits, veggies, whole grain, health fats. They do more than any steroid can do.

Yes, I just said it - diet is more important and will help you more than anabolic steroids will.
