Ingredients:
EVOPRO(TM) Our Custom Evaluation based protein, peptide, and amino acid matrix, designed to closely reflect the nitrogen components and ratios found in human mother's milk (Micellar Alpha and Beta Casiens and Cassienates, Whey concentrates, ect...

Just like the name states, it's predominately casien (milk) protein. It has 32 grams of protein per serving, which is good, but about 60-70% of it is probably casien (slow digesting protein, best utilized throughout day and right before bed.) The fat content I highlighted as being very high for a regular protein product. I wouldn't classify this as a weight gainer because of the very low amount of carbohydrates. In light of this, I think it's wise to use this in between meals in the day. This way you can burn off alot of that fat content while utilizing the casien to keep your body supplied with protein. I would not use this pre/post workout: That territory belongs to whey protein solely. I also wouldn't use it right before bed because of the 18 grams of fat. It looks like a great protein for daytime use....Just my opinion. ;)

Yes, weightgainers are classified as having at least 50 grams of carbs and a acceptable amount of fat.
http://www.bulknutrition.com/?cPath=34 See for yourself...
That being said, you have to structure your diet around weightgainer shakes. Of course too much carbs are counterproductive, and 30% of one's diet should come from fat. People, like myself, opt for weightgainer shakes for the carbs. I also don't see why you'd drink the 18 grams of fat right before bed. I understand your explanation, but I'll try and find some references on the web whether that's a bad idea or not. ;)

I just use serious mass on my off days from work. I'm too lazy to cook so I down 1 scoop twice in that particular day. I ran out now, so I just have N-Large-2.

I guess every little bit helps. I just re-read this thread and saw this. I think that everything on that list very underdosed to render any effect. Is this per serving? If so, very underdosed. For instance, I'll pull out some examples:

Glutamine 350 mg.-Suggested serving: at least 10-15 grams
Arginine 170 mg.- Suggested serving: around 3 grams
*leucine 160 mg.- Suggested serving: 1-12 grams daily

Alot of products do something like this because more often than not the consumer only sees the ingredients, not how much it contains. I'd say again, switch to something else if you haven't already. ;)

Huh, read it wrong, but I wasn't too far off...
Monosodium glutamate (MSG) is the sodium salt of glutamic acid, an amino acid which is present in all protein.

I tried to find it's uses, and all I found was that it doesn't have anything to do with bodybuilding. Something about it's a food additive.
