Default My diet.

Hey my bro made me a diet to lose weight once and it worked pretty well for me. Thing is i was wondering if i can do this program with the diet he gave me. Im adding a few thing to it right now:

Was a Multi-Vitamin with Vector Cereals in the morning, protein shake to hold me up till lunch. Half a tuna sandwich with half a banana. at 3pm the other half of the sandwitch and the banana with a protein shake. Then supper was a skinless chicken breast with a salad. And if i was to stay up late at night half a cup of cottage cheese. Forgot to say that on Sundays we got one cheat meal notting to fancy but my bro told me it reset the metabolism because your body gets use to eating the same food over and over so it becomes less affective.

Last time i did this diet for 2weeks in a row and lost around 15pounds there was no protein shake in the diet at the time.

Lemme know what you think im pretty sure it would be a bad idea but let me know since im knew at working out.

Not enough food. Post some stats and some more information on yourself/your lifts/etc. and better advice can be given.

-protein at every meal
-eat 5-8times per day
-eat every 2-3 hours
-eat veggies
-eat fats
-also don't eat too few calories either
